INTRODUCTION TO THE COMPANY
Nomaku Traders Pty Ltd is a Black and Female owned company incorporated in 2005 as a Close Corporation in terms of the Companies Act 69 of 1984. The entity was awarded level 3 B-BBEE status, and specialises in Education, Training and Project Management. This includes taking responsibilities of education, training and development interventions on behalf of clients. Nomaku Traders identified two broad processes that occur within any Education and Training Development (ETD) interventions.
One process focuses on strategic analysis and conceptualisation of the ETD project. This involves acquiring necessary information that will model the project; some of the activities here are: brief development, identifying the rationale behind the intervention and what needs will the intervention satisfy for all stakeholders. The second aspect of any ETD intervention is the operational level of the project. This focuses on ensuring effective implementation and roll out of the intervention. Some of the activities here include ETD needs analysis reports, Training, sourcing of facilitators, assessors and moderators etc.

Our vision is to provide high quality education and training project management and private training services to our clients. It is envisaged that all training intervention will be industry-based, needs-based, NQF aligned and SETA accredited.
Mission
Our mission is to provide education and training project management services that will use statistical and qualitative methods to provide data for evidence based decision making for our clients. We use integrated and needs-based approach to identify our client’s needs and respond by offering services based on rigorous and ethical research.
